Can UBL format of AR eInvoices be directly uploaded to Jordan Tax Authority via OIC

Summary:

Can you please confirm if the UBL format of AR xml file can be uploaded directly to Jordan Tax authority from OIC.

Will the tax authority allows their API to be accessed from any system provided the connection credentials are present or it should be happen from designated machines.

Do you have reference document for any such integrations from different client.
