not able to remove Potential Unrestricted Life event which is in 'Added' status

Hi,

I am not able to delete Potential life event which is in 'Added' status.

Tried below suggestion;

"Set your Session Effective Date to the occurred date of these “stuck” potential unrestricted events. Select the UNRST benefit relationship and add another Unrestricted life event. Then back it out to voided. Then when you purge backed out and voided life events, the “stuck” potential events will be purged."

Getting below error on Add Unrestricted Enrollment
