How to fetch Reason value from ORC in BI report

Summary:

Hello Experts,

Need your help in pulling a field called reason found in ORC module. PFA the screenshot of the field i want pulled.

I am aware this field is present in IRC_LC_REASONS_B, IRC_LC_REASONS_TL . but i did not see any table which i can join with this.

candidates, submissions, Requisitions etc.. do not have a reason ID to join and pull the value for different candidates.

I can get the phase and state details using submission table but this one do not have any reason ID.
