Add attachment in external job posting

Summary:

External candidates are unable to access role descriptions as the link takes them to a page which they cannot access. We are also unable to attach a file to external job ads through Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Candidates will e-mail the IR careers inbox to request a copy of the role description.

Candidates often request copy of the role description for a role they are interested in. As we can't attach this to the job ad the Talent Acquisition (TA) team get inundated with e-mail requests for copies of role description which is time consuming.
