INTERVIEW SCHEDULING: when italian version of the notification is triggered to the candidate

Hi community, I have a question reguarding the candidate notification received by the candidate when the interview is scheduled. In fact in the Recruiting content library we have two versions of the Interview Scheduled Notification, one in english and one in italian (see screenshot below). My question is: when the italian version of the notification is triggered to the candidate? I tried to act as an hr, I set the system in Italian (My preferences> language: italian) and I scheduled the interview so I thought that the italian version of the notification would have arrived to the candidate but the english version had arrived. Can you help me?
