Hi, as the chat support agent mentioned, I'm writing here to get further support on resetting my OCI account. Account name is thorstenreichelt

Unfortunately, I'm unable to receive any forget password mails from your system. My Account Mail address is still valid. Is there another way of resetting my OCI account? Multiple factors of verification possible. Thanks!
