Rule for line managers only

Hi expert,

I would like to create a rule based on the hierarchy of the employee we are performing an action on.

For example during a change location I would like to trigger an error message when in the "when and why" section a date is entered in the past but only if the performer is the line manager of the worker, whereas it is not triggered if the performer is an HR.
