How to change the "Salary and Element Mapping" after we start the plan

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there is a way to change the "Salary and Element Mapping" options when we have already started the plan. As it is right now, the "Salary Includes Rates" and "Salary Includes Simple Components" options are grayed out and I open the drop down list. This is due to the fact that the plan is already open in the system.

Is there any way to make these fields usable and selectable when we the plan is already open?
