Setup Costs for profitable to promise for Order Promising

The GOP guide mentions that the PTP feature can use below costs. I have few questions w.r.t how GOP considers costs.

Standard cost from your supplier - If same item is bought from multiple vendors, then where should this cost be setup so GOP can use it?

Transportation costs for the below 3 features: Where should the delivery cost per unit be setup for each of the below so GOP can consider the appropriate cost ? Between the same source and destination location, different products may incur different delivery costs.

Cost to do an internal transfer between organizations

Cost to ship the item from your supplier to your organization
