Timesheet approval expired notification not sending notification to user
Summary:
When the timesheet is escalated to the supervisor's supervisor and no one takes action, the timesheet notification expires, and the timesheet goes into rejected status. The employee doesn't receive any notification on why it is rejected, which is confusing.
How do we send a notification when the notification has expired due to non-action from a supervisor?
We already added an "Expire" notification in the BPM Worklist > Task Configuration to the Owner but this did not work as expected
