Need sample fast formula for "Compensation Default Access Level" for Calibration plan

Summary:

In Calibration plan, as per the requirement we need to restrict the worksheet update only to direct reports of the manager.

Currently Top manager can edit the worksheet of manager who is reporting to them.

This needs to be restricted in calibration plan.

For this need a sample fast formula for formula type : Compensation Default Access Level, where I can restrict the access level only to direct reports. For other manager (Top level managers), worksheet should be read only mode.

If anyone came across such scenarios and used the fast formula for access restriction, kindly share the details.
