CPQ - Asset creation - How to define which product must track as asset

Summary:

We have CPQ integrated with FOM, and we use PIM as part master. We would like to have that:

  • some products, once delivery is completed, go in asset in CPQ (workbench), since they must be maintained/modified
  • some other products are fire&forget: meaning they can be ordered, but they do not need to be tracked as asset in CPQ (workbench)

Considering that assets in CPQ are created via standard notification (FOM to CPQ via OIC)
