is it possible to change the domain URL in Fusion For OIC

Summary:

we were trying to call the Oracle Process Cloud service my tasks page in the Dev 9 fusion through sandbox when we are invoking that URL by default its invoking the UAT2 originally we were expecting to Invoke the UAT3 but its taking the UAt2 is there any setups to change the default domain URL in the fusion please provide any solution
