How can we change color scheme of Skills showing on Skill Center page

We have a requirement to change the color scheme of skills showing on Skill Center page.

Currently the developing Skills are shown in Pink color and Developed Skills in magenta color. Please refer the screenshot attached.

We want to change the color scheme of the Skills . Can you please provide details, how this can be achieved.
