Invoice Receipt Notification to requester after invoicing for PO which have no receipt.

Hi Experts,

The requirement here is that if the Invoice is created for PO whose receiving is not done then in this case a notification should to the requester

I have an attachment which exactly fulfils my requirements, but it is not working.
