We are facing issue in AOR based approvals where the approval rule should go to HRBP AOR and the HRBPs are tagged to directorates(parent department) . Every department has a parent department . So if an offer is created, the approval should go to the HRBP of the directorate of the department.


Currently, we have defined the scope of the AOR to the representative as Organization Hierarchy.

The org structure is based as follows:

  • Org Level 1 = Legal Entity
  • Org Level 2 = Directorates (e.g. Resources Directorate)
