Can we restrict job offer(create/edit offer Sections) fields for Recruiter and Hiring Manager?

Summary:

Helo Team,

We would like to hide a few set of fields for Recuiter and enable a few set of fields for Hiring Manger on Create or Edit Job Offer page.

Is it possible to do so!

Steps Performed:

Created two new rules for Create or Edit Job Offer page using HCM Experience Designer Studio for Recruiter and Hiring Manager.

A user is having both roles and not able to see fields enabled from Hiring Manager rule.
