How to enable Redwood pages for Actions and Action Reasons?

In 23D, "FILTER ACTION REASONS BASED ON USER'S ROLES ON WORKFORCE STRUCTURES REDWOOD PAGES" functionality shows Redwood pages for Add Action Reason and Edit Action pages. However, it is not said how to enable them.

Which are the steps to do it?
