To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Oracle Recruiting Knowledge Exchange March Follow Up

Thank you to everyone who attended the March Oracle Recruiting Knowledge Exchange yesterday. As usual, we had some great discussion, chat and ideas. You can watch the full replay here: https://crowdcast.io/c/amu6oy7rbk10/EKIVK

We continue to work toward putting together an Oracle Recruiting Workshop at Oracle Cloud World in September. The goal is for a session Monday afternoon before the conference kicks off (ala the former Regional User Groups). This will allow for networking introductions, as well as set up for subsequent conversations throughout the conference.

Our product spotlight yesterday was prescreening. The conclusion is you must be intentional in how you approach prescreening in Oracle Recruiting. The centralized management of the question library means potential delays if you don't have a solid foundation and process in place. Limitations to what you can see when adding questions translates into the need to code and contextualize your content. Challenges in making sure the internal and external questions remain in synch where desired might mean developing business processes and audit reports to indicate where there might be an issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
