How to add SLA Start and SLA End fields to the Ad hoc Filter

I  am reaching out for clarification regarding the Ad Hoc Filters functionality in the Dispatch Console as detailed in the OFS 23A Cloud Readiness Documentation available here:

According to the documentation, the Ad Hoc Filters should allow the addition of any fields visible in the "Dispatch Console" > "List View" and restrict to a maximum of ten fields at one time. However, despite making the SLA Start and SLA End fields visible in the List View (refer to the attached screenshot SLA1), I cannot add these fields to the Ad Hoc Filter.
