I made a mistake using Oracle Cloud,I disabled MFA after logging in with administrator rights.
I logged into Oracle Cloud again using an administrator account,webpage shows:
I tried to send an email and got the reply: I need contact online customer service.
Now I only have the administrator account password saved, and I also know the tenant information, which does not meet the requirements for resetting the MFA.
The authenticator on your phone still works.

Without this Support Identifier, the sr cannot be created.
