Hello Oracle Community,
I'm reaching out to seek assistance with an urgent issue I've encountered with my Oracle Cloud account. It appears that my account may have been compromised, and I'm currently unable to access it.
Details of the Issue:
- Cloud Account Name: userloggedout
- Username (Email): 3055538830@qq.com
- Data Region: OPC-GLOBAL
- Data Center: North America
- Oracle Cloud Console: https://myservices-userloggedout.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/cloudportal/gettingStarted
I suspect that an unauthorized individual has gained access to my account and changed the password associated with my username (3055538830@qq.com). Attempts to reset the password through the "Forgot Password" option on the console page have been unsuccessful, as I have not received any recovery emails. This leads me to believe that the recovery email address may also have been altered.
