option not available to hide 'Routing' field in supplier portal ASN

Summary:

field 'Routing' at ASN line level in the task 'Manage Shipments' is editable!

Thus supplier user can change the value which creates issues to our business process.

We only follow 'Direct Delivery'.

If supplier user changes this to 'Inspection Required', then the receiver will receive against the ASN will end up with material not being delivered in the system but waiting for inspection process to be completed in the system!!

To avoid this situation, we want to hide this field in supplier portal ASN UI or at least make it read only field.

But when sandbox enabled, using page composer, we are not able to do either of this action since edit icon (gear symbol) is not enabled! screenshots attached.
