Can we restrict the request more information action by Phase?
Summary:
Request for more info (RMI) is a privilege we have added to our recruiter roles, as you are aware this is to allow them to resend the RMI from the actions menu against the candidates application. We generally use this against our CSPs against a particulalr phase to trigger this request this but we also use this action in case we need to request it again for example should a candidate not recieve it automatically or we change their email address and we need to resend.
We wanted to understand if there is the ability to ONLY show this on the this Request for more info action on a particular phase. This is to prevent the recruiters from sending the RMI prior to the phase we expect them to recieve it.
