Disabling value set Value still displayed as member in Account Dimension

Summary:

I have disabled(Disabled checkbox, end dated) Natural Account Segment value in Value Set Values, ran inherent Segment Value Attributes process.

Ran Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balance Cubes.

Still I am seeing the disabled value as member.

Am I missing any additional process? Please advise
