Hide field via Design Studio for manager when opening a job request
I created a rule via DesignStudio to hide a field from the manager's view when opening the vacancy request, but the rule is not working.

Field still being displayed on screen:
Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have any idea what it could be?
Ps.: I even deleted the rule and created it again, but nothing helped.
