Interview Scheduling: Working Elsewhere Status

Does anyone know if the "Working Elsewhere" status on a calendar invitation is supposed to show a user as 'available' on the interview scheduling outlook integration? Upon testing, it appears that it is showing not available currently.

I looked on the Microsoft forums to try to find out what this status is supposed to mean for availability, because to me this means you are available but simply not physically at your normal worksite, but got conflicting information based on the type of email client being used (Mac, Windows client, Outlook online).
