Hi,

We've had chat since Sept. 2015. I run the Chat Summary report (or All Chats report) by Year/Month, and now stats for chats only going back to Feb. 2016 are showing.

It's recognizing the date time frame from my search, but not the actual stats. When I run an Incidents Created By Source report, it does recognize chats accepted since we started.

The image attached shows Chat Summary and 0 chats prior to Feb. 2016. And the file attached shows Incidents Created By Source and the number going back to Sept. 2015.

Thank you for your ideas in helping us correct the stats and figuring out the disconnect among the reports.
