Lost approval notification after Job Requisition Security Profile setup

Summary:

I've created a Job Requisition Security Profile based on the Recruiting type and assigned AOR for all recruiters.

The new security to view the job requisitions is working, however, the recruiters lost the view to see the approval notification details through Approval Banner in job requisition and BPM approval.

The Job role and data role have several privileges including

View Notification Details

Approve Transactions

View Job Requisition

The problem happens only if I don't click on the "View All" checkbox in the Job Requisition Security Profile. When I enable this checkbox I can see all notification approval details, but I lost the feature to hide the job requisitions based on AOR.
