How to default value on DFF based on SQL query

Need to default DFF value on external supplier registration page based on the procurement BU ID

we have a requirement from our client that based on the procurement BU ID, we need to populate values on the DFF.

we tried putting below SQL query but its not working, any pointers would be a great help.
