    Static URL is not working on page entry under sandbox for navigation to BI custom folder

    On Springboard we have created NIB Custom Report tab under we have created icon to navigate to BI catalog to custom folder. When we click on Global HR folder for the first time then it navigates to my folder.

    On first click it should navigate to Global HR folder(This static link associated to the global hr page entry) instead of My folder. Currently this is not working. We have attached the document where we have explained the steps done for the development and the current issue is also highlighted.
