Is there a feasibility to automatically cancel scheduled interview slots which are not booked?

Summary:

Hello,

There is a requirement from the client to automatically cancel interview schedule slots if they are left un-booked by any of the external candidates.

For example: 4 time slots are available for 3 candidates to choose from, 1 slot remains empty after all 3 candidates have booked their interviews. Is there a possibility to auto-cancel the remaining un-booked time slot?

Please let us know if there is any feasibility to achieve this requirement. If yes, kindly guide with steps.

Navigation:

Select job requisition> Interviews> Select interview schedule> Check calendar for all slots.

Interview templates are candidate managed and candidates are allowed to choose from available slots added into the schedule.
