Error creating Sales Order due to pre transformation rule

Summary:

Hi,

I guess this error when trying to create SO: "Attempted to invoke method "longValue" in class "java.lang.Long" on a null object reference. at line 443 in /Ruleset(PreTransformationRS)/Rule..."

It happens just when click on button "Create Order"

The funny thing is that my user does not get this incident but some others do. So is it somehow related to roles?

I have seen some MOS notes and CCC threads saying is related to Null checks but is not the case in my rule. See below.

Please help to understand what the issue can be
