How can candidates edit their submission if their profile has been matched to a requisition?

I'm encountering difficulties where, after matching a candidate's profile to a requisition, the candidate is unable to view it on their "My Submissions" tab on the career site. He needs to be able to edit the matched submission to complete the CSW for that requisition.
