We have a scenario where job offer approval should be triggered based on the percentage change from the current job to the proposed job.

If employee is HR analyst drawing 60000 USD and applies for HR Specialist and is made an offer with salary as 72000 USD.

Approval should trigger based on the percentage (in this case 20%) and should route Regional HR.

If it is more than 30%, it should route to Head of the department.
