Need to Update VAT Number for customers

Hi,

We need to update VAT Number of customers in Header level of Customer TAX registration details. We have used Tax Implementation workbook for updating the number, but the number is not getting updated in Header level, instead it is adding at line level. Also, we have used Customer Import FBDI. The VAT number is getting updated in Organization Information Header level. Due to this the Vat number is not fetching when creating a Transaction or during generation of report. We need to know how to update the VAT number using template we need to update the same for more than
