Bank conversion rate and conversion type values are not getting considered in external transactions

Summary:

HI ,

We are trying to account the external transaction in the different rate type and rate.

We provided those values for BANK_CONVERSION_RATE and BANK_CONVERSION_RATE_TYPE through rest api however the accounting of it still fails.

Any one faced this issues.
