How to restrict candidate from uploading password protected resume in career site :ORC

Candidates are uploading password protected resume through career sites. Is there any way in ORC to restrict the uploading criteria that candidate will be unable to upload any password protected documents in other supporting doc section in job application flow. As due to this issue it is difficult for any recruiter to view the CVs and the recruiter has to again manually call back candidates asking to provide correct format CVs
