Oracle HCM Global Payroll product meets only several countries across the globe: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, China, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain at present time.

What are all the options available and best practices to implement payroll for the countries where we do not have the Localizations.
