None of the strategy task actions are enabled

Summary:

HI Team,

Dunning letters were errored out as the contact was incorrect. We corrected the contact and ran Process Strategy Task in a standalone mode since all actions like cancel, skip, resent letters were disabled expecting it will send out the letter again.

Could you please let us know why all options like skip, resend letter, cancel are disabled and if we need to resend the letter/cancel/skip what should be done?
