Need payload and api to get a person course number in response for a particular course

we know the person number and course name how can we get the 

"assignmentRecordNumber": "OLC12345678",

using below api.

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/learnerLearningRecords



If the above api doesn't work can anyone give me workaround for this.
