HDL .dat file template for Employee creation for expenses

Hello,

I am looking for a simple HDL template for creating employee and person for expense purposes. We manually create Users through Setup and Maintanence --> Manager Users --> Create User page (Shown in attached screenshot)

Here are the fields that I am trying to create through the upload:

1. Last Name
2. First Name
3. Email
4. Hire Date
5. Username
6. Legal Employer
7. Business Unit
8. Job
9. Manager
