We have a custom Line manager role, and we would like to grant the access to the "Individual Compensation" page, we added the below roles:

but still the line manager is not able to access the "Individual Compensation" page, below message is coming:

When assigning the Standard Line Manager role, it works fine, but unable to determine what is missing exactly.

If some one can advise the missing role/privilege.
