We have a business requirement to restrict special character for person name. Have found some good examples on the customer connect and it works for name in English pretty well.

But we also use Local Name to capture name in local language, then the rule applied to name in local language fields too, which is unexpected.

How does the autocomplete rule recognize if it's English name or name in local language? I tried to check the Country Code, but it seems it returns
