Oracle Fusion Application MT Timezone is not reflecting sometimes in OTBI Reports

Hi Everyone,

I have set the timezone in oracle fusion application as UTC-07:00 Denver - Mountain Time (MT) and now when I am creating an OTBI analysis and using Now() function which displays current timestamp as per user preference, So, sometimes it shows timestamp as per MT timezone but sometimes it shows as per UTC timezone. Same behaviour I can see when I am pulling dates from any of the table say for example - Effective start date from per_all_peope_F, So, sometimes it shows as per MT which means Effective start date - 7 but suddenly it starts showing just Effective start
