Agreement Spend expended but Agreement still showing in Requisition Search

Summary: After the agreement amount is completely consumed, the agreement is still showing up in the requisition search, since its added to local catalog.

The Requester will not know that the Agreement amount is fully consumed until the PO creation fails.

Our Client Business wants to know if there is a setup/offering or any other way which can be used to prevent such completely consumed agreements to show up in the Requisition search, even if its still added to a local Catalog. This will ensure that the requester doesn't end up creation a Requisition with an agreement which has no amount left to be consumed.
