Unable to edit, delete and set visibility for Notes added to Goals in Redwood page

In Redwood pages, the notes for the Performance or Development goals is now captured in Update your Progress section. But once the note is added it cannot be edited or deleted. Also, we cannot restrict the visibility of the note added for the goal.

In the Responsive UI, we could enable the Notes section for Performance and Development Goal and then the employee and manager can add notes for the goals. The employee while adding the note can set the visibility option and also has the option to edit and delete the note added by them. It works similarly for the manager where they can add note, set the visibility option and also has the option to edit and delete the note added by them.
