Unable to make attachment mandatory while education document uploading under Degree

Hi,

we are unable to make the attachment field as mandatory under the Degree section.

Navigations: Personal actions > Career and performance > Additional information > Degrees

Even though the attachment field showing mandatory with out attaching any document employee able submit the profile.

We expecting with out any attachments it should allow them to submit.

Please help us on this.
