Cannot view employee compensation history in the future

Hello experts,

when accessing Compensation Info and View Compensation History and select future dates we cannot see the future salary updates or elements even if we enter a future effective start date as you can see in the attached screen the current compensation data are displayed.

What could it depend on? In case which roles allow me to view future compensation situation?
