REST API for Recruiting activities

Summary:

Hi All,

We are trying to explore if REST API is available to perform below use cases. Pls advise if below tasks can be achieved using REST API or any other recommendations.

• Recruiter, candidate, hiring manager, and other interview panelists are able to interact with the Digital Assistant to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews through Teams, SMS, and email.
• The Digital Assistant is able to access and update information in ORC & Outlook as the candidate moves through the process.
• The Digital Assistant is able to proactively act based on set time cadence, prompts from users, and changing states in ORC.
